Refunds and the pass guarantee

Every pass is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, so there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to stop.
The pass guarantee
If you sit the Florida 2-15 exam during your pass and do not pass it, send us your official score report and we extend your access free until you do pass. The extension is free access, not a cash refund.
This is deliberate. An extension is what actually helps someone who has to retake, and it means the guarantee can be honoured immediately without a payment dispute.
Refunds
If something on the site does not work as described and we cannot fix it, ask for a refund and you will get one.
If you bought the wrong pass length, ask — it is easier to correct than to argue about.
Because access is delivered instantly and in full, a change of mind after substantial use is not normally refunded. Ask anyway if your situation is unusual.
If you lose your access link
There are no accounts and no password to reset. Email from the address you paid with and we will reissue your link.
